Yoga is a path to learn to feel your body, through that process you develop many different things. The poses are never meant to be goals in and of themselves. In fact you never really master a pose. The intention is to bring awareness into every cell of your whole body. Once the body is filled with infinite light of your own consciousness you will wake up to the truth of who you are. This transcendental body awareness can happen in any pose as long as you practice consistently and accept/embrace the struggle.
